On May 2nd, 2009 a sunny Saturday morning in Chicago, almost a hundred guests gathered at the East Bank Club (Riverview Room) to celebrate the high school graduation of the class of 2013.

 Students mingled with their peers, staff and mentors. Most scholars were accompanied to the event by their families and everybody has officially announced what college they will be attending in the coming fall. (Note: Scholar Graduation Celebration Brunch is replacing the Awards Ceremony that used to take place in the summer).
