Iris Chaoui-Boudrane

King High School '08, DePaul University - Class of 2012

In June of 2004, the summer before she started High School, Iris Chaoui-Boudrane came to the United States after living her entire life in France and North Africa. In one summer she managed to learn English and ended up on the honor roll after her first year, and that was just the start. Now, Iris is a 4.0 student and ready to make good on her dreams of becoming a pediatric surgeon so she can do the one thing she thinks is most important, save lives!
