Overview

The "Launch the Future" Plan (built around our LAUNCH College Access Program^TM) is designed to prepare our college-bound scholars for the rigors of college access.  The plan begins with a weekend Kick-Off Retreat and includes monthly Workshops that provide the processes for college access and success.  In addition to the workshops, all scholars are grouped with College Consultant Mentors as they enter the program. These Mentors guide our scholars through the college application process by helping them narrow their college choices, providing feedback on their personal statements and essays, preparing them for the Onsite Admissions Forum, and assisting them as they decide where to matriculate.

By giving our scholars the information they need to overcome the higher education barriers that many low-income students face, we empower them to succeed and attain college access.
