Favorite Teacher: Ms. Debbie Bricker - She taught the Leadership elective at Payton during my freshmen year

My favorite way to relax: Listening to music or having a cup of coffee with friends

 

My Favorite book: Dream from My Father by Sen. Barack Obama

 

Colleges I am considering: Yale, Northwestern, Pomona, and University of Chicago to name a few.

 

My Dream Profession: Lawyer or Psychotherapist

 

Biggest concern about college: Time management and finding people who align with me.

 

When I go to college I most look forward to: Getting involved in various activities, possibly studying abroad and the opportunity to expand my mind

 

The piece of advice that I would give to high school freshman about college is: Prioritize -- once your find an activity/interest you have a passion for, do your best in balancing between staying involved in your school/community and keeping your grades high... you may not always like the decisions you have to make, but they're for the best.

My heros are: Though my parents come to mind first when I consider who my hereos are, I admire anyone who can overcome hardship and come out of the situation a stronger person.
