Presentation to the Board of Directors
Every spring the Class Officers put together a feedback survey to their classmates in the Chicago Scholars program. At the end of the response window, Class Officers go over their peers' feedback and put together 3 recommendations based upon that feedback and present it to the Board of Directors (this is a group of established senior-level professionals who want only the best for you students!). The staff and Board see this feedback as CRITICAL to the mission of the organization! Here's why:
- The survey allows for the students to have a stake in the direction of the organization's overall programming.
- The survey data allows the Board and staff to remain at the forefront of the needs and challenges of the students in the program. That way the organization's resources can be used to serve the students in the best way possible.
Below are the slides from the annual Presentation to the Board that the Class Officers give in the late summer each year.
