Shaun Considine, as Director of Development at Chicago Scholars, focuses on business development, market awareness, and sponsorship to enable the growth of scholar programs, family outreach and ongoing operations.

Prior to joining Chicago Scholars, Ms. Considine was a career advisor and employer relations specialist in Career Services at London Business School in London, England. She has travelled extensively and recently returned to her hometown of Chicago after 10 years in London.

Ms. Considine’s background includes experience in commercial lending, wealth management, entrepreneurship, as well as sports coaching. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSc from Santa Clara University in northern California. She serves on the Leadership Advisory Committee of Cristo Rey Jesuit High School in Pilsen.
