Scholarship Chicago is pleased to partner with Chicago United to help close the gap between race and business. Chicago United is at the forefront of identifying and celebrating diversity. The Business Leaders of Color award honors a diverse group of corporate executives who are also civic leaders with a demonstrated commitment to public service.
Scholarship Chicago and Chicago United have joined forces to create an exciting new link between the diverse talent of its young scholars and BLC professionals. As part of an expanding program, Chicago United is creating curriculum for Chicago students based on the BLC awards. The goal is to model success, integrity, hard work and determination among our students by sharing the stories of the BLC.
